for the purpose of contracting for wedding photography as follows:

We will post on a password-protected website all the images of your wedding (usually 300 -1,000)  within about two (2) weeks of the photography date.  You will have two months to view these images free online, and can extend that time if you wish. You may allow friends and family to view these images by giving them the password.  From those pictures, customer may select any number of  pictures to purchase, or albums, etc., and has the right to order any additional professional prints, enlargements, etc., BUT THERE IS NO OBLIGATION to buy ANYTHING. 

Customer understands that liability of Photographer is limited to the cost of payment by the customer; that negatives  and/or digital files may be offered for sale for $200.00 within two weeks from the date of wedding.  From these digital files Customer may make their own prints. Customer pays with this agreement $800.00, which is not a deposit but a contract for time and talent only, non-refundable.
